To anyone that is ever thinking about getting back into to shape, there is nothing further to search for.  If you are a mature person like myself you have come to the right spot.  Woodbridge Taekwondo has a simple program that is tailored to you.  Be it age, endurance, knowledge of the martial arts or not.  You will find the instructors moving you along at your pace.  In 5 short weeks I have lost 15 lbs and I feel great!  I have also met a supportive network of instructors and students.  The environment is open to suggestions and involvement is always encouraged.  Even though this adventure has been short, I see my self staying for quite a while.  The future for me has begun and an exciting change in improving my quality of life is here.  To anyone else interested in pursuing a change for the better, please stop by.  We look forward to seeing you.

Master Cariati and Master Stanley,

On behalf of Mr Moretti and myself,　I would like to thank you very much for your time and　guidance over the weekend. On attending the two day instructor training course hosted by Master Stanley and　directed by Master Cariati, we the club instructors of Western　Canada came away with a treasure trove of knowledge. Not only did we learn about Tae Kwon Do techniques but also how to promote our clubs and make them a better place to train.
　
The overall atmosphere and respect shown to senior instructors like ourselves was greatly appreciated.To have had the opportunity to work with junior instructors and to see their　dedication, willingness to learn and to better themselves is a true testament to our organization.
　
Over the years we have attended quite a number of such events.However these events were　without the passion that you two gentlemen have towards Tae Kwon Do.　It is our belief that with your leadership this organization will flourish to become one of the best federation in the world [if not so already].
　
Thank you very much sirs, we hope to have the opportunity to work with you again soon.

Master Cariati and Master Stanley,
 
Thank you for taking a weekend out of your busy schedules to train with us last weekend.  It was very rewarding to learn and share ideas with instructors from all over western Canada.  Being able to train with 3 Masters, and all my fellow instructors was a unique opportunity that does not come along very often, especially at no cost to anyone except for their travel expenses.
 
This past weekend reinforced with me the commitment of the ICTF, yourselves, and our instructors to ensuring our students receive the best possible training and value anywhere.

I am very proud we stand for the Student Oath and believe we have made the right decision for our do jang and for Taekwon-Do to join the ICTF.  I was impressed from the start with the openness and “down to earth” perspective portrayed by Master Cariati in our dealings with him and our new International Ch’ang-Hon Taekwon-Do Federation.   I was also honoured and impressed to meet Master Cariati at our recent seminar, it was a great introduction into the ICTF and I eagerly look forward to our upcoming seminar this September

Thus far I have nothing but positive things to say about the ICTF.  The support we have received from you sir and your colleagues has been nothing less than outstanding. I find the support we have received encouraging.  The fact that the ICTF website publishes things we are doing down east shows how much we are considered to be part of this family.  This helps to instill pride in our accomplishments and really excites our younger members. The seminar you conducted last January was fantastic.  I have never before seen a Master so involved in teaching students and it was refreshing to see. Being part of the ICTF has helped me rediscover the excitement I once had for Taekwon-Do.

It has been a year now since I joined the ICTF and I'd like to say a thank you to Master Cariati and the entire ICTF

My story I guess is the same as a lot of Taekwondo practitioners/instructors who have been let down by their instructors and associations. Paying out money and getting little or nothing back again. The final straw for me was being told to grade myself when I felt like I was ready. I went ten years with no instruction or guidance after losing all faith in associations and governing bodies. I decided to join the ICTF because of the close links between some of the masters and General Choi and because they weren't based in my country. From the very first communication with Master Cariati things were positive, the joining process was effortless and Master Cariati always replied to my emails promptly answering my many questions. I met Master Cariati for the first time last November at a seminar here in the UK. I was so impressed with his technical knowledge and understanding of my situation that in February I traveled from England to Toronto to spend a week training at his school to learn as much as possible. Since I have joined the ICTF I have experienced a sense of belonging, professionalism and camaraderie that was definitely missing from my previous Taekwon-Do connections.

I came close to giving up Taekwon-Do for good and it took me to look three and a half thousand miles away to find answers and a place where I feel I belong. Master Cariati and the ICTF have given my Taekwon-Do a new lease of life and I'm eternally grateful

I would like to extend a big thank you to you for traveling to Strathmore this past weekend to conduct the pattern seminar. I have had overwhelming positive response in regards to your professional and informative methods of teaching.
