On March 26-27, 2022, the First Regional Technical Seminar on Chang-Hon Taekwondo was held on the basis of the Krasnodar regional sports public organization “International Chang-Hon Taekwondo Federation (ICTF)” (Armavir, Russia). The seminar was held by the President of the All-Russian Chang-Hon Taekwondo Federation (ICTF), international instructor, black belt VI dan Krivoruk Oleg Valerievich (St. Petersburg, Russia). The organization for the preparation and holding of the regional technical seminar was taken over by the President of the Krasnodar Territory Federation, which is the master of sports, black belt III dan Stolyarevsky Gennady Anatolyevich.
The seminar was attended by 61 athletes of different ages, levels of physical and technical training: from the youngest, beginners (4 years old), to black belts (18 years and more). A significant indicator is the participation of 21 girls in the seminar. During the two days of active work of the technical seminar, athletes and instructors received a huge amount of important theoretical information, which Oleg Valerievich cordially shared.Special impressions and emotions of the athletes were caused by the opportunity to practice and hone the basic technical elements under the guidance of a venerable instructor.
On March 27, on the second day of the seminar, in addition to theoretical and technical classes, the organizers planned and held a significant event in the form of an open dialogue. The theme of the dialogue: “Taekwondo as a guarantee of a healthy lifestyle for every person” attracted not only athletes, but also their parents to the interaction. Also at the event, in addition to the President of the All-Russian Chang-Hon Taekwondo Federation (ICTF) Krivoruk Oleg Valerievich and the President of the Krasnodar Regional Chang-Hon Taekwondo Federation (ICTF) Stolyarevsky Gennady Anatolyevich, there were also invited guests: Knyazeva Alisa Sergeevna – Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Chairman of the Cycle Commission of Disciplines in physical culture and sports at the “Armavir College of Management and Social Information Technologies”, as well as a teacher in physical culture and sports; sponsors of the regional federation: Sarkisyan Sergey Gaykovich – founder of “Sarman” LLC; Knyazeva Irina Ivanovna – the head of the garment factory LLC “Sarman”, who spoke about the plans for interaction and assistance in the development of the federation.
The participants in the dialogue had the opportunity to ask questions, exchange views, and engage in discussion. Before the start of the open dialogue, the Krasnodar Territory Taekwondo Demonstration Team Chang-Hon demonstrated its skills, a performance that did not leave anyone indifferent. At the end of the open dialogue, the solemn closing of the seminar took place, many important and motivating words were said, parting words were given to the athletes. Each participant received a certificate of participation and memorable gifts.
The first regional technical seminar on Chang-Hon Taekwondo was held at a high level. Athletes got the opportunity to expand theoretical knowledge and improve basic skills.
