The first All-Russian Taekwondo Seminar (ICTF) was held this weekend. More than 70 athletes and coaches from 5 regions took part in it: St. Petersburg, Leningrad Region, Moscow, Moscow Region and the Komi Republic.
The main part of the seminar was conducted by the President of the All-Russian Federation Chang-Hon Taekwondo, Deputy Director of ICTF Europe – Oleg Valerievich Krivoruk.
On the first day, the athletes practiced basic techniques from Saju Jirugi to Jun-Gun. The main event was a broadcast with the Grandmaster and President of the International Chang-Hon Taekwon-Do Federation Kwan Jang Nim Cariati (Canada), who demonstrated the Tul technique from Kwang-Gae to Gae-Bek for black belts. The Grandmaster also answered the questions of the seminar participants.
During the break, the athletes were pleasantly surprised by a gift from the Federation in the form of a birthday cake with the inscription “Beginning” symbolizing the starting point of our Federation.
Also, the leadership of the Federation organized 2 master classes for invited guests: speakers Sergey Kaplunovich and Isa Nagiyev who shared their experience in the field of online advertising and public speaking.
On the second day, the director of ICTF Europe Master Sergio Sergi (Italy) and his team connected by video and analyzed Tul from Toi-Gye to Choong-Moo together with the participants of the seminar. At the end of the seminar, there was a certification for 1 gups and black belts.
All certification participants showed good technique and were promoted to ICTF Russia.
